What to Expect?
- Initial Assessment
A trained healthcare professional will guide you through a short health questionnaire to understand your medical history, lifestyle, and any current symptoms or concerns.
- Vital Signs & Observations
The healthcare professional will record key health indicators, including:
- Blood pressure
- Pulse rate and rhythm
- Blood oxygen level
- Pupil response
- Peak flow (lung function)
- Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Diabetic foot check (if applicable)
- Blood Tests
A standard blood panel will be taken, including:
- Full Blood Count (FBC)
- Kidney Function (U&E)
- Liver Function (LFT)
- Cholesterol and Lipid Profile
- HbA1c (blood sugar control)
- Thyroid Function Test (TFT)
- QRisk Calculation
Once blood results are back, we calculate your QRisk score to assess your 10-year risk of cardiovascular disease.
- Doctor Review & Summary
After all data is collected and reviewed, a doctor will provide a personalised summary of your overall health. This includes:
- Clear explanation of your results
- Any findings or areas of concern
- Practical lifestyle or treatment recommendations
