Ways to collect a sample
Once your order has been processed we will deliver your kit straight to your letterbox.
Follow the instuctions leaflet Ensure your tubes have your details on them and the lab form is enclosed
Post your sample the day you take it. Post monday through thursday and make a note of your tracking number.
Your blood test results will be uploaded to your personal dashboard, within 1-2 working days from recieving it

Someone from the Phlebotomy Team will contact you in the next day or so to arrange a good time to take your sample. They can come to your home or place of work. They will bring everything with them, So you dont need to do anything.
Home Visit fees can vary the average cost is £45 depending on your location and time of appointment, everything is clearly shown in the screen before payment.

The Clinics hold the Collection Kits and clinic and they will post your sample for you.

Results are usually on your account 1-2 working days after we receive them in te laboratory
FOR SUCCESSFUL SAMPLE COLECTION
Make sure you are hydrated Drink at least 1 litre of water 20 mins before taking your sample.
Do Some gentle exercise or take a warm shower. get the blood flowing.
Do not squeeze blood from your finger, it can damage the blood cells. Fill to the marked line.
Take your sample in the morning between Monday and Thursday and ensure to get it in the post on the same day.
If you have asked for FBC or HBA1C you will have a purple vial as well as the Yellow vial. Fill your Purple vial first.
Once you have collection your sample Flip the tube 10 times forward and backward. Do not shake. Always Label your sample.
ALWAYS LABEL YOUR VIALS AND ENCLOSE YOUR LAB FORM OR YOUR SAMPLE MAY NOT BE TESTED!
