We will post out to you a finger prick sample pack; it will have all you need to take your sample including instructions of how to take the sample and an envelope to return it to the Lab.
If you are nervous or unsure about anything please contact us and we will do our best to help.
We always recommend taking your sample in the morning and getting to the post office the same day.
Your kit will have a self-addressed envelope enclosed to return your sample. if you are unsure of the level of service in your area you may wish to upgrade to a guaranteed next day service.
Your blood sample will be analysed at the accredited laboratory in London. They are very professional and quick to upload the data; your results should be ready the same day they are tested.

We strongly advise that you have blood taken from the vein for this test.If you know someone that can do this for you: friend, doctor’s surgery or a clinic, that’s great.

How to take your sample.
When you purchase a test we offer a finger prick kit as standard, you take blood from you finger at home.
However the more markers you test for, the more blood we need.
We strongly recommend if you are testing more than 5 markers or 2 vials to have blood taken from the vein.
If you know anyone that can do this for you, a friend or local clinic, if so please choose the venous kit (free of charge) If not we can arrange to have someone come to your home or place of work to take your sample for you For this service please choose phlebotomist visit.
