- Choose report delivery (Email or WhatsApp)
- Receive your Sample Reference ID
This reference ID links your sample to your order.
Label Your Sample
On the vial or container, write:
The name of the substance
include Notes
This must include:
- Payment Reference ID
- How many samples in package
- Phone number or email for results
Samples received without a clearly stated requested analysis may be placed on hold.
Package & Post
- Seal the sample securely
- Place it in a secondary sealed bag
