Frequently asked questions

How long do results take?

95% of samples are processed the same day they arrive at our laboratory. Most results are then available within 1–3 working days depending on the test, and you’ll be notified as soon as your report is ready in your online account.

How do I book a home visit?

Choose a home phlebotomy appointment during checkout, or message our team on WhatsApp and we’ll arrange a convenient time with one of our mobile phlebotomists.

Where do I return my sample kit?

Always return your sample to the address provided in your kit instructions. Return details can vary by kit, so please follow the prepaid packaging and guidance included with your test.

Can I speak to someone about my results?

Yes. Our team can talk you through your report and next steps. Message us on WhatsApp or email info@youth-revisited.co.uk and we’ll help, directing you to the appropriate clinical support where needed.

How do I change my appointment?

Message us on WhatsApp with your name and booking reference and we’ll reschedule your appointment for you, usually the same working day.

How do I access my account?

Log in to your account on our website using the email address you used at checkout. If you’re having trouble, message us and we’ll help you regain access.

Do you offer nationwide phlebotomy?

Yes. We operate a nationwide network of mobile phlebotomists across the UK, alongside our Grimsby wellness centre.
