Health & Wellness
Your annual health MOT.
One blood draw, every major system, a baseline you can measure against next year.
Why bother
Most of what's worth catching early has no symptoms yet.
Silent by design
Kidney function, liver strain and blood sugar control all drift quietly. By the time you feel something, you've usually lost years of easy correction.
One number means little
A single result tells you where you are. The same result a year later tells you which direction you're going — which is the useful part.
Correctable things are common
Low vitamin D, low B12, an underactive thyroid, depleted iron. All common in UK adults, all straightforward to address once you know the number.

Every tick and cross is generated from the Products Biomarkers sheet, never typed. One layout at every screen size — nothing hidden on mobile, no sideways scrolling.
After the draw
Most testing stops at the results page. We don't.
Every marker in plain English
An AI-generated report explains what each number means in the context of your age, sex and goals — not just whether it's inside a reference range.
Clinician-overseen
Results reviewed and annotated by a qualified clinician before they reach you.
Your trend, not just today
Every test is stored in your dashboard, so next year's MOT sits next to this one and you can see the direction.

The annual habit
One a year is the whole point.
You service the car annually without thinking about it. A single set of blood results is a snapshot; two sets a year apart show you which direction you're going, which is the part worth knowing. We'll email you when twelve months is up.
That's in the diary.
We'll email you in twelve months. If you test with us before then, we'll reset the clock from your sample date instead.
Before your draw
Two things to get right.
Fast 10–12 hours
For accurate glucose, HbA1c, cholesterol and liver markers. Water is fine — and encouraged.
Morning is better
Several hormones follow a daily rhythm, so an early appointment makes results easier to compare year on year.
Questions
Before you book.
What's the difference between Essential and Health Optimisation?
Essential covers 38 markers at £55 — full blood count, liver, kidney, lipids and HbA1c. A sensible annual baseline. Health Optimisation covers 67 at £240 and adds thyroid, sex hormones, vitamins, inflammation and advanced cardiovascular markers.
Do I need to fast?
For accurate glucose, HbA1c, cholesterol and liver markers we recommend fasting 10–12 hours. Water is fine.
Can my GP use these results?
Yes. All results include reference ranges and are presented in a format a GP can interpret.
Where is my sample tested?
At our UKAS-accredited partner laboratory, Bloods UK, wherever possible on the day it arrives.
Is it a finger-prick test?
No. Every test is a venous draw, taken by a qualified phlebotomist or your own clinician.
How often should I test?
Once a year for a general check. More often if you're actively changing something and want to see whether it worked.

What people say.
I invested in some testing having recently had some complex health issues. I can honestly say this is some of the best money I’ve ever spent, the service was efficient, professional and extremely reassuring. The appointment went ahead on time, and I had a full report in less than 48 hours. I would have zero hesitation in recommending Youth revisited for any health testing. So refreshing to be able to access this service when you have health worries, and I have no doubt I will be back at some point!!"
